WORKROOM 1991 is a Brooklyn-based bridal accessories studio specializing in handmade bridal hair bows and custom wedding veils. We create objects worn in moments of ceremony, including hair ornaments, bridal veils, and custom accessories developed and constructed in-house. The Hair Bow is entirely hand-sewn from Japanese double-face ribbon and set on a French barrette. Bridal veils are cut from fine Italian tulle, with silhouettes designed and drafted in our Williamsburg studio. Each piece is made to order and refined by hand. Our designs are shaped by traditional techniques and guided by the full silhouette, considering how a piece moves, how it photographs, and how it lives within a moment. Nothing leaves the workroom unless it meets the standard set at the table.

Each piece is made in honor of the person who will wear it.
