Order Processing

Order processing times vary by item, as outlined below.

Made-to-Order Items

Items marked Made to Order are produced after purchase.

All Made-to-Order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Hair bows typically ship within 1–2 weeks from the order date.

Bridal veils typically ship within 4–8 weeks from the order date.

Bridal birdcage veils typically ship within 1–3 weeks from the order date.

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on materials, customization, and production schedule. If additional time is required, we will contact you directly. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Every effort is made to meet the timelines outlined above.

Ready-Made Items

Ready-Made items, including vintage pottery, typically ship within 1–3 business days from the order date.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship domestically via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of WORKROOM 1991.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, WORKROOM 1991 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, we are happy to assist with filing a claim with the carrier when applicable. If a claim is denied, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

In-Person Purchases

All items purchased in person at our Williamsburg studio showroom are final sale and are subject to our in-studio purchase policy, which differs from our online store policies.
